The mart is located at Tropicana 218 Macalister, under a hotel(Courtyart by Marriott) with 300 rooms, and a condo with 300 units of Airbnb. The main customers are from the hotel and Airbnb guest, and we do have Grabmart and Foodpanda orders from nearby area too. There is only 1 mart within the area, and hardly will have another coming up in the area too, you will have a better insight when we do site visit.

We feeling to sell it because my partners and me do not have the expertise and time to manage this business, and we are not familiar with mini mart operation as well, so hoping someone that knows how to operate can takeover and it will make money if the operation is well managed.
